The TacTec plate carriers feature two pockets front and back with two hard ballistic plates NIJ-4 ICW which should then be worn over a Class 3A to both protect against war rifles. Using hard ballistic plates creates superior penetration resistance without the weight or bulky nature of a traditional body armor. The TacTec plate carrier is designed to provide great performance of protection while being a lightweight and mobile model.
The TacTec Plate Carrier features a skeletal waist belt and yoke shoulder pads for a secure and comfortable fit, integrated web platform, a one-handed quick-release system for emergency services and adjustable elastic waist straps for stability during periods of high activity and a special rescue handle for quick towing away of downed personnel.
